This piece was created by a Ukrainian Ceramic Artist whose work I personally supported during the war as part of fundraising efforts to help feed and support civilians and children.  I collected these pieces directly during that time, and now I am releasing them from my private collection so their beauty can continue to create good in the world.  Each one carries a story of resilience, creativity, and hope.  
 
This handcrafted mug features exquisite sgraffito carving, where therapist carved the design directly into the clay before glazing.  The piece is dipped in a soft, mint-green glaze that flows beautifully over the carved dark-brown base, creating a striking contrast that highlights every hand-cut line.  The shape is comfortable in the hand, with a rounded silhouette and a glossy, fully glazed interior. This level of carving work is time-intensive and rare-each line is pulled by hand, making this a standout Ukrainian artisan piece.
