Lovely stoneware flared rim,  constricted neck and a side, rounded upper shoulder that tapers down toward a narrow foot vase.
 
The glaze is a complex blend of multi-layered dark blue, frosty light blue drips down to a black vase bottom.  The base in unglazed, raw white foot ring exposing the original clay body.  
 
The bottom has a seahorse, shell and coral.  Making this piece a one of a kind.
