This is a curated crystalline piece with stunning crystal formations suspended throughout the glaze.  Although the crystalline patterns look three-dimensional, the surface is completely smooth - you cannot feel the crystals at all.  Crystalline glazing is an extremely advanced and difficult process, and this mug displays exceptionally clear, well formed crystal blooms with remarkable depth and clarity.  
 
This version features a breathtaking palette of golden yellow blending into soft cream and shifting into deep sapphire blues.  under the light, the blue and gold crystals take on a holographic glow.  The interior is glazed in a warm beige tone, and the handle transitions beautifully from golden hues into rich blue.  A truly extraordinary and highly collectible piece - one of the most beautiful crystalline firings I've ever curated.\
